After what has been, I don’t even know how long, of basically perfect weather here in North Carolina, I just saw that it will be 104 here on Friday. So glad to know that we moved to basically live on the sun.
Wine and Design
The ever lovely Julie decided to ignore the fact that I do not have an artistic bone in my body, but remembered the fact that I do like wine and meeting new people, so she was sweet enough to invite me along on a tumblr get together last night.
The wonderful Rachel planned out the whole event and so many girls came out - such a fun night! We were graced with perfect weather, good tunes, plenty...
I know we are not supposed to want “things” in this life. But holy hell, my jaw cannot help but drop every time I see Khloe Kardashian’s wedding ring. And I can’t lie, I sort of kind of love it (and want it).

I was driving back from the Mellow Mushroom event today and Bruce Springsteen’s Wrecking Ball came on. I’m fairly certain my love for Bruce Springsteen has been accurately documented. Farewell old apartment
While it does not look like much, this is the apartment that Mo and I have lived in for the last two years.
